Provides lifestyle coaching for scheduled Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) known as Prevent T2 Lifestyle Change Program.  Prevent T2 is a 16-week workshop that has been proven to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes.  Individuals learn skills to make lasting lifestyle changes, including healthy eating, adding physical activity to their lives, how to manage stress and how to stay motivated.  This class is for adults who have been diagnosed with Pre-diabetes or are at risk of Pre-diabetes. For more information contact NDPP@orleanscountyny.gov
