Tax Credits Links (WOTC, Youth, Reentry)
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal tax credit available to employers for hiring individuals from certain targeted groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment.

Youth- Youth Jobs Program is to help young people entering the world of work have a successful start. Participants receive critical workforce skills that will serve them well into their careers, and participating businesses receive tax credits upwards of $7,500 per eligible hire

Incumbent worker training (IWT) under WIOA provides both workers and employers with the opportunity to build and maintain a quality workforce and increase both participants’ and companies’ competitiveness.

WTO can offset many of the costs associated with hiring new employees, and you as the employer, can be assured that the employee is right for the job.
