About
The Orleans County Marine Park (OCMP) is an 11 acre public marine park, located at 1110 Point Breeze Road (Route 98) in Kent, NY. Park property borders the Oak Orchard River, extends under the Lake Ontario State Parkway bridges, and is on the Seaway Trail. The OCMP is open April 15 to November 1 from 7 AM to 10 PM and includes:
- Rental of 72 boat slips with electric and water service
- Picnic pavilions with grills
- Fish cleaning station
- INS videophone
- Showers and restrooms
- Scenic overlook
- Dockmaster stationed evenings and weekends
- Orleans County Sheriff-staffed Marine patrol station
Summer events include Oak Orchard Neighborhood Association’s Summer Concert Series, held on Tuesday evenings during July and August. The park and pavilions can be reserved for picnics, reunions and other events.

Orleans County Marine Park - Point Breeze offers a public boat launch, located at the mouth of the Oak Orchard River and accessed by vehicles from Ontario Street at the north end of Point Breeze Rd./Route 98. Transient docking is available to the north of the launch on the river. Public parking, restrooms, information kiosk and the Oak Orchard Lighthouse Museum are located here.
