The Lilypad is Orleans County DSS's Safe Harbour program. The goal of the Lilypad is to educate youth on healthy relationships and build self-esteem while learning about red flags to protect them from online predators, grooming, commercial exploitation, etc. In addition to providing education and awareness., the Lilypad also provides lessons in life skills to promote a strong foundation to help children launch into their future.

Each session of the Lilypad will focus on a different topic. It is recommended for youth to attend as many sessions as possible.
